Maison Lameloise’s legend began in 1921, in Chagny, France. Through three generations, Pierre, Jean and Jacques Lameloise carried their culinary art to the Michelin’s highest honor of three stars. Today, from Chagny to Shanghai, the legend is kept on growing by French chef Eric Pras.

Working closely with the icons of the French Gastronomy has allowed Chef Eric Pras to develop an elegant personality and to enhance his unique culinary language. In 2004, Chef Pras was awarded Best Craftsmen in France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and holds 3 Michelin stars in France at Maison Lameloise since 2008.
